EcoSky Residential Apartments

A 360 lifestyle hub in Kuala Lumpur

LOCATION: KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

Located in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur suburb of Taman Wahyu, EcoSky has been designed as a 360-lifestyle hub for the upwardly mobile community. The mixed-use development of professional, sophisticated offi­ces, retail spaces to fulfil lifestyle needs and 3 towers of high rise residences that has been awarded the certification of Green Mark by the Building and Construction Authority, Singapore and the U.S Green Building Council respectively.

By optimising natural daylighting in staircases, lift lobbies, corridors as well are designed to not only reduce energy consumption, but improve air quality and occupant comfort as well.

The conceptualisation of the rainwater harvesting system will assist in water conservation as water captured in tanks on each tower is used for landscape irrigation.

Horticulture waste generated onsite such as fallen leaves and dry grass will also be used to fertilise the landscape within the complex.

Designed along the principles of sustainable building, residents would be able to enjoy more discerning, eco-conscious lifestyles.
