Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore and Rwanda Housing Authority Rwanda (RHA)
GreenA Consultants served as the facilitator between Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA), bringing the attention of potential collaboration in promoting business opportunities and exchanges of best practices. An MOU on capacity building and knowledge exchange was inked at the International Green Building Conference 2016, held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Hall.

RHA was formed under the Ministry of Infrastructure to develop housing and urban planning policies and management of assets in Rwanda.
GreenA Consultants is assisting both private and public organizations in Rwanda, including carving out the roadmap and establishment of the Rwanda Green Building Council.
These are some of the objectives of the cross-collaboration between the organizations from the two countries:
- Creating a framework to share technologies and practices
- Partnering in major events such as conferences and training programmes to develop professional knowledge and cultivating local expertise in the subject area of Green Buildings and districts
- To possibly engage in the use of BCA’s Green Mark rating system as a method to improve professional and industry, expertise and familiarity with Green Building considerations and assessment processes
GreenA Consultants facilitated the MOU between the Rwanda Housing Authority and the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore. GreenA Consultants is also the Strategic Partner of the Rwanda Green Building Organisation.
